About Clemmons Creek

Clemmons Creek is located in Johnston County, right over the Wake County border, and has 24 unique custom homes located on large estate lots. Ideally situated only 3 miles from historic downtown Clayton, NC and just 20 minutes from the capital city of Raleigh, Clemmons Creek feels rural but is close to many amenities: the Neuse River Trail greenway, bars & restaurants, shopping, and major interstates & highways. The western side of the neighborhood borders the eponymous small creek and is adjacent to beautiful Clemmons Educational State Forest, home of the famous trails of talking rocks and trees. The park provides a protected buffer and a very coveted location!
